This cozy penthouse full of natural light and ocean breeze, with panoramic views and all necessary amenities is a pearl of Los Corales Beach. Located in the first beach line, it features an exclusive terrace with BBQ – an ideal place for pastime with friends or family.
The ocean view apartment has one air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed, and a living room with a sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms (shower + toilet). It is ideal for up to 4 guests. There are comfortable sofas and a dining table in the living room. It boasts high-speed Internet and TV from the best provider in the region.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, a stove, a coffee maker, and a fridge. There is also a washing machine.
Please, mind that there are stairs you need to climb to access the penthouse on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.

-OTHER THINGS TO NOTE-
• Please, take into account that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA. During your check-in and check-out, we will collect the data together and show you the difference that should be covered. We charge 22 pesos per 1 kilowatt. You pay only for what you consume.
• Some photos of the apartment in the photo gallery were made by a professional photographer with a professional camera: illumination and color tones may be slightly different from the real ones.
• Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
• We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.
• We fumigate the apartment regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please, let us know if you encounter a mosquito in the apartment: we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
• Excursions, transportation and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
• We provide towels in base of the number of the guests you mentioned in your reservation. Changing of linens and towels is paid extra. If the reservation is longer than 4 days we provide extra set of fresh linens and towels, which we keep in the wardrobe for your use.
• On arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a security deposit of $300 in cash, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out.
HOUSE RULES

1. If you have any questions or doubts upon arriving at the property, please make sure to ask my check-in assistant or me during check-in. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.
2. It is prohibited to throw paper into the toilet. There is a particular trash bin nearby.
3. Air conditioners (ACs) should be used only with closed doors and windows. Using them with open doors and/or windows may cause overload, overheating, and failure.
4. Maintenance and repair personnel can provide any repair services from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please let me know whenever you need help with any inconveniences or damages.
5. It is forbidden to make noise, have parties (without permission) and play loud music. From 10:00 pm to 9:00 am there is a quiet hour in the residence.
6. If you want to order cleaning, please let us know 12 hours in advance. Cleaning is available for an additional fee. Maids work from 9:00 am to 5 pm.
7. Early check-in and late check-out are charged extra, depending on the time. Please let me know your arrival and departure hours in advance.
8. No extra overnight guests. Please stick to the number of people stated in your booking.
9. Storing or using any illegal substances or drugs on the property is strictly forbidden.
10. Not suitable for pets unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management. A $500 fee will be charged.
11. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside. Smoking weed and other drugs is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the residence's territory. We respect other tenants and take care of the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
12. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay unless such damage has been inflicted by forces of nature or other forces beyond the guest's control.
13. Bed linen and towels are changed at the guests' request every 4 days free of charge. Notifying us 12 hours in advance. If you need additional linen and towel changes on other days, a fee of US $ 35 per towel set/linens set will be charged.
14. The Host accepts no liability for any valuables or objects left unattended or left in the safe box for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses, or property damage caused by individual negligence or any other circumstances out of the direct control of the Host. The Host is not responsible for possible consequences of force major circumstances or any damage or death caused by such.
15. You agree that any claim or dispute whatsoever that you may have against me, the Host, or any of my employees resulting from any event occurring in the Dominican Republic shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
16. Any cancellations are made according to the reservation and cancellation policy. Please pay attention to the cancellation policy for this property. An anticipated check-out is not subject to refund (neither partial nor total).
