This is a Self Catering Home.
Every week, the house will have the Pool Care Team Service attend the home to keep things looking fabulous.
Please note that the house does have a Ring door bell camera by the front door.
The Resort
A genuine 5 minutes from Walt Disney World® and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this "island" serves as a haven from the outside world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination, with millions of visitors a year, has to offer. You are so close to Disney that you can often view Epcot's fantastic evening Firework displays from the 50ft long lanai whilst sipping your favorite cocktail. Universal Studios and Seaworld are just a short 20-minute journey.
Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community, with manned Gate House, located in West Kissimmee. The community is surrounded by Conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the heart of the community. Once inside, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve. The resort facilities are further enhanced at the Clubhouse with an open air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym; a planned sundry shop and snack bar as well as a meeting room for informal gatherings. In the internet café area, computers and video games are provided for guests use.
Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.
The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts and a trail for walking, jogging or biking winds through the community's natural woodland setting. This is the place to be after a hectic day at the parks.
