This centrally-located home is perfect for families and furry friends, as it's close to everything you need. The house has been fully remodeled, boasting a large backyard, private pool, and a fire pit. The garage has been converted into a game room and cinema room. This house is also suitable for individuals requiring special accommodations, as one of the bedrooms is conveniently located on the first floor. Its design allows for plenty of natural light, making the house bright and welcoming.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $120 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.
- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -
We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.
- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -
Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.
- ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS
The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 6+ and 8+ guests respectively, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.
- ENTERTAINMENT -
All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.
- NO INDOOR SMOKING -
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
- POOL -
Pool maintenance is scheduled twice a week. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door.

- LANDSCAPING -
The landscaper goes once a week.
- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.
- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -
Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.
- PEST CONTROL -
This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
