Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to present Tenby Cwtch, a charming three-bedroom town house situated in a peaceful residential area. Strides away from the town centre and Tenby South beach, Tenby Cwtch is the ideal home from home for families and friends to gather.
Tucked inside the historic town walls, a wonderful array of independent shops, bakeries and confectioneries await you, to stock up on goodies and souvenirs! You are also spoilt for choice with the local cuisine, crafted ales and gins in the town. Tenby has a vast amount of activities for the whole family from learning about its history, coastal walks, water sports, boat trips and days spent relaxing at the beach.
Tenby Cwtch is centrally located to visit many other must-see attractions in Pembrokeshire.
Enter the property into the porch area and to the hallway with doors to the main living areas and stairs.
Living room: Spacious lounge decorated in neutral tones with nautical themes throughout. Exposed stone on the walls is a lovely contrast to the clean modern design. Dining table and seating for six people. A comfortable corner sofa, Smart TV with Sky package and double doors opening into the kitchen.
Kitchen: More dining space, perfect for socialising whilst preparing meals. A skylight window over the dining area floods the kitchen with natural light. Wall-mounted TV. The kitchen has appliances including a microwave, electric oven, gas hob and washing machine. Access to courtyard garden.
WC: Downstairs toilet and wash basin.
Family bathroom: Up one flight of steps to the family bathroom with a generous corner bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin with mirror.
Second flight of stairs to the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: A spacious bright room with large window, double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Another lovely bright bedroom to relax in, double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe with selves and clothes hanging space.
Bedroom 3: Twin single beds with bedside unit and lamp between.
A private enclosed courtyard garden with steps up to table and chairs on the decked area, perfect for alfresco evenings in the setting sun.
There is no parking for this property but you can apply to Pembrokeshire County Council for a visitors parking permit. Parking is also available at one of the nearby pay and display car parks, within a few minutes' walk of the cottage, the Seafront car park or multi-storey being the closest.

Please note that a refundable damage and good housekeeping deposit of £100 is required when staying at this property.
