The spacious living areas provide plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment, ensuring that every moment spent here is filled with joy and laughter.

This five-bedroom, three-bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. With a well-thought-out configuration that includes one king bed, two queen beds, and four twin beds, everyone in your group will have a comfortable place to rest and recharge. Linens are provided, so you can simply relax and enjoy your vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with regular and Keurig coffee makers, a dishwasher, and all the kitchen essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast or hosting a dinner party, the kitchen has everything you need to create culinary delights.

Floritas Key also offers thoughtful amenities for your convenience. A starter pack of toiletry essentials is included, featuring shampoo, conditioner, hand/face soap, body lotion, and makeup wipes. Additionally, a starter pack of home essentials is provided, including dish soap, a dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, and cleaning wipes. You'll have everything you need to feel right at home during your stay.

After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is registered as a vacation rental with the City of Sarasota with a Registration Number of VR22-00009. Due to City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property must be rented once during a seven (7) day period and have a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.
