A resort-style swimming pool with slides and deck seating is available at the Veranda Palms Orlando community. The clubhouse also has a hot tub, splash park, playground, and fitness center (Regarding resort amenities, please note that our organization cannot assume responsibility for their availability. Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the purview of the resort's management).

Please send your grill request 1 week before your arrival.
Please note that the oil pan should be placed under the grill. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the patio floor is dirty/stained.

Check-in and check out
-We have a firm check-in time at 4 PM
We cannot provide early check-in during this time due to the busy holiday season and pandemic
Our cleaning and maintenance team needs adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival
Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities
-We have a firm check-out time at 10 AM

If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure

Amenities at the property
• Linens and bathroom towels
- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage
• Trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towel
- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay
- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount
In addition to all this, there's also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.
