The Grand earned its reputation as a world-class retreat thanks to its luxurious apartments, state-of-the-art amenities and its location to all major neighborhoods of East Miami. It is located in the Edgewater, an upcoming area alongside Biscayne Bay , directly across from Miami Beach. at is north of Downtown Miami and east of Wynwood and Midtown. Still, it remained its character as a low-key spot, a bit calmer than other urban areas because it is mainly a residential neighborhood.
This is a glamorous Hollywood-style apartment. Designers' minimalism and furnishing with a sophisticated color palette offer a great level of comfort and redefine what luxury truly means. Its open-plan concept makes it convenient to use. Kitchen, dining room and the living room are only seemingly separated. Here, space flows easily one into another.
The kitchen comes from the fancy interior design magazines, true state-of-the-art area. It provides sleek kitchen cabinets with enough ample space, granite counter tops, massive fridge and basic kitchen appliances such as a stove, a toaster, a kettle and all the kitchen utensils you may need. You'll be pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and a dryer at the back of the kitchen. You can have your meal either at the kitchen bar or at the classy dining table for 6.
The living room is the most beautiful place in the apartment, not only for its modern-design furniture but also for the amazing Biscayne Bay view. It offers a very comfortable, stylish sofa, a coffee table and a media unit with a TV. As you slide open the glass doors, you'll find yourself on a heavenly balcony hovering the Biscayne Bay.
There are three luxurious bedrooms, two of them share the balcony. Two larger bedrooms feature a bed, a drawers for your small personal belongings, a decorative mirror and two night stands. One has a walk-in closet while the other one offers a sleek wardrobe. The third bedroom is somewhat smaller but still cozy, offering beds and a night stand.
Our guests will be amazed with the apartment's bathroom. It provides not only the comfort, but also the style. It is decorated with Italian-style tiles, huge mirrors and modern wall lamps. It features a Jacuzzi bath tub and a spacious, dreamy-like shower, marble tops, a toilet and a bidet. You'll also find there everything you may need for your personal pleasure.
Our guests will have a full access to the entire apartment and all the amenities in the building such as a community pool, the gym, restaurants and so on. Indulge yourself in the community pool and the day spa or work it out in the fabulous fitness center.
After you reserve the apartment you have to upload photos of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents have to be legible.
21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements.

Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.
Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.
The check-out is 11am.
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.
MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.
*** $70.00 fee for parking transponder for one self-parking space for entire stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in. Parking transponder must be picked up before 11pm on arrival day. If you do not pick up parking transponder by 11pm on your check in date you will need to pay $30.00 for overnight parking directly to building for first night.
*** $30 daily valet fee you pay directly to building each day.
-NO VISITORS OR ANY GUESTS WILL BE PERMITTED TO CONDO AT ANYTIME DURING STAY. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.
- Absolutely no loud music, parties or any type of altercation with building security or staff or will result in immediate eviction with no refund and $150 fine.
- Building requires adult guests to wear, or carry with them the provided access wristbands for easy building access. Adults will be given these at check in.
- Please do not use our towels to remove make up or to clean floors or shoes. If we find excessively stained towels and linens we reserve the right to charge you $50 per each stained towel and $50 per each stained sheet.
These house rules are all accepted when you confirm a booking.
The building is a condominium and a hotel as well. It features offices, variety of stores as well as full-time concierge, a valet, day spa, fitness center, pool, hot tubs and full-service marina. Its backyard is the Sea Isle marina & yachting center, home to the Miami international boat show.
Other things to note:
• if you are a shopping enthusiast, be sure to visit Brickell City Centre which is in the neighborhood. It is a nice open-concept mall with a few nice spots to entertain yourselves as well as trendy restaurants to dine in.
• Don't miss out the Midtown, an urban complex with apartments and offices above the street level shops and eateries. It is a pet friendly neighborhood pleasingly less crowded than downtown Miami but offering world-class shopping and dining for all price points.
• Design District is a must. It is a welcome addition to the downtown Miami scene with many trendy galleries, chic restaurants and high-class shopping.
Miami International Airport is 9.2 miles away and South Beach is 4.6 miles far.
Jackson Memorial Hospital is 3 miles away.
