Charming 1 bedroom apartment with queen bed. Pull out sofa great for 2 extra people.Nearby all Shops, Restaurants & clubs. Come, relax and enjoy SOBE!! Great location!! 5 minute walk to beach, Lincoln Rd, restaurants and bars. Our cozy apartment includes a queen size bed with its own bathroom, closet, central AC, full size sofa bed in the living room, a fully functioning kitchen, a TV , free wifi, hair dryer and first aid kit. My apartment is located in an Art Deco era Condominium building with stucco walls and wood floors. It has great light and is very comfortable for up to 4 people. Living room is spacious with a pull out sofa and dinning table. Modern kitchen with full cooking amenities. We do live here full-time and this is not only an Airbnb rental. The bathroom was totally redone with limestone and marble shower floor. You have everything that you need to spend a relaxing vacation. Free High Speed internet ALSO!! apartment as well. A sofa bed in the living room offers extra accommodation. The windows are treated with blinds and curtains for extra privacy and darkening to get a good night sleep. The apartment is located in a lively part of South Beach, just one block away from the beach and many attractions. Guests have full access to our entire apartment.
Please note that noise level must be kept down to minimum as people live in the building. Our guests during their stay they become its owners .
