When you think Grand, you believe you have seen it all. However, the designer had an idea to make this unit on 10th floor of this waterfront condominium authentic but still so Miami-like.
It is an open-concept apartment, conveniently arranged to fit your needs.
The living room is a truly fun area. You can contemplate the view comfortably sitting on the large stylish sofa or a flowery-patterned armchair or you can admire the Bay view playing the pool. This space comfortably sits three areas. The living room introduces the dining room also looking down upon the Bay.
Then, you can retreat into the area featuring beds if you got tired from your Miami adventures. The master bedroom is divided from the main sitting area by the glass doors, providing extra privacy for yourself.
When you remove the darkening curtains, you'll discover why this is a true Grand's jewel. The whole apartment has the access to the balcony with great panoramic view of the Port and South Beach.
The kitchen features everything from the basic kitchen appliances like a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge. There is also a nook for a washing machine and a dryer. Two people can easily fit at the small kitchen table to have the most iconic Miami dish: the Cuban sandwich.
The bathroom has been decorated so that is giving it quite chic outlook. It features a big bath and a shower. The toilet is opposite, offering enough bathroom cabinets for your belongings, and wall to wall decorative mirror.
In addition to one of the best Miami Bay and city views, the Grand provides an Olympic size outdoor pool, a whirlpool, fully-equipped gym, a tennis court, on-site Marina and fantastic on-site restaurants offering everything from Italian and Chinese cuisine to local and sea dishes.
After you reserve the apartment you have to upload photos of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents have to be legible.
21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements
***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, references and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.
Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.
The check-out is 11am.
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.
MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.
In case you loose the key of the apartment, it will be charged $100 per set.
*** $70.00 fee for parking transponder for one self-parking space for entire stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in. Parking transponder must be picked up before 11pm on arrival day. If you do not pick up parking transponder by 11pm on your check in date you will need to pay $30.00 for overnight parking directly to building for first night.
If you arrive Monday - Friday, there is a one time transponder fee that enables you to park one vehicle in the garage for the duration of your stay. Please let us know at time of booking, or within advance notice, if you plan to have a vehicle so that we may register your parking with our building management in advance. If you have more than one vehicle or arrive on a Saturday or Sunday, you must pay valet.
*** $30 daily valet fee you pay directly to building each day.
-NO VISITORS OR ANY GUESTS WILL BE PERMITTED TO CONDO AT ANYTIME DURING STAY. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.
- Absolutely no loud music, parties or any type of altercation with building security or staff or will result in immediate eviction with no refund and $150 fine.
- Building requires adult guests to wear, or carry with them the provided access wristbands for easy building access. Adults will be given these at check in.
- Please do not use our towels to remove make up or to clean floors or shoes. If we find excessively stained towels and linens we reserve the right to charge you $50 per each stained towel and $50 per each stained sheet.
These house rules are all accepted when you confirm a booking.
Visit the Bayside Marketplace or the famous American Airlines Arena or you could just plan a day out to Key West or Palm Beach, all within easy reach to the Grand.
It is north of Downtown Miami, south of the Upper East Side and east of Wynwood and Midtown. Still, it remained its character as a low-key spot, a bit calmer than other urban areas because it is mainly a residential neighborhood.
You'll also be just a short walk from several trendy neighborhoods, including the Design District, Midtown, and Biscayne Boulevard, home to numerous mouthwatering restaurants, cafes, and boutiques.
Miami International Airport is 9.2 miles away and South Beach is 4.6 miles far.
Jackson Memorial Hospital is 3 miles away.
