Vacation Rental Description
**A major painting & refurbishment project at Regency Towers is well underway and is set to complete in early to mid-April 2023. Gulf-front balcony access is scheduled to be restored around 3/20/23 onward! Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.**
Escape to 405E Regency Towers, a designer furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bath Gulf-front condo, located directly on the beach! New dining room table and chairs as of December 2022! Upgrades include granite kitchen countertops, stacked washer and dryer in the condo, smart TV in living room, modern ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and more! Notice the amazing views from the master bedroom, in particular, overlooking both the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sand beach. At Regency Towers there is a 25 x 50 swimming pool nestled by the dunes, and tennis courts. 405E Regency Towers sleeps up to 8!
Pet-friendly (small dog only) 25 lbs. or less w/pet (dog) fee of $150.
We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 3, 2023, until August 12, 2023, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only.
Rents monthly November-March.

*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.
