This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

When you are living steps away from the rolling waves and are awakened by glorious sunshine filling your North Myrtle Beach bedroom in the morning, you will find yourself easily slipping into beach vacation mode. No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 pillowcases. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.
