Vacation Rental Description

This brand new 3-bedroom condo-suite is located at The Reserve at Vista Cay in Orlando, a family-friendly resort located close to several local attractions, featuring beautifully landscaped surroundings. The suite offers a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, upscale bedrooms, and a private balcony.

The Space:
This luxury condo-suite is equipped with one master King bed with an en-suite bathroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, two Queen beds in the third bedroom and a guest bath. A combination living/dining area and a full-size kitchen with all of the major appliances.

The suite features premium bedding, climate control central air, flat screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi to provide you and your family with all of the comforts and conveniences of home while also enjoying the oversized private balcony with stunning views.

Guest Access:
The Vista Cay clubhouse offers a wide variety of entertaining amenities including two large "infinity edge" pools and hot tub surrounded by palm trees and a lush landscape with a full view of Lake Cay. Inside you will find a fully equipped business center with desktop computers and printer, a game room with billiard tables, arcade games, a movie theatre and presentation room, a fitness center, a playground, a tennis court, a basketball court and a concierge desk.

The Reserve at Vista Cay Resort is centrally located off Universal Blvd right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, 1 mile from Sea World Orlando, 3 miles from Universal Studios, 8 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and only 10 miles from Orlando International airport. The location is truly ideal for experiencing all best attractions, dining and shopping Orlando has to offer.

Parking is first come first serve on the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
1. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $50/animal (max of two pets).

2. We're happy to deliver:
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

3. If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.

4. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

• There is basic cookware available in the unit.

House Rules:
1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine and/or your full deposit will be at stake.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover

3. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.
