Dine al fresco at the patio table, taking in the views of the lush grounds and pond behind the home. Relax and unwind in the main living room, where you can lounge on the modern leather sectional and two arm chairs. Have a quiet night at home, hosting your own movie marathon on the large flat-screen TV. Upstairs, another living room offers additional hang-out space with a flat-screen TV and large couch. It’s game time in the garage-turned-game room featuring a pool table and air hockey. White and bright, the fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless appliances and a huge center island with seating for five. What we do at COVID-19 time:

- Sweep all hard surface floors and vacuum carpeting;

- As part of our COVID-19 safety practices, guests and hosts are required to wear a face mask or face covering when interacting with each other;

- The guest also must wear a mask in common areas at all times;

- The cleaners spray a chemical disinfectant on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs;

- Clean each area by removing dust and debris;

- Reset the room for the next guest and restock our supplies;

- Wait at least 3 hours, or as long as possible after the guest leaves before entering the listing;

- Ventilate the space for as long as possible;

- Auto check in with door code;

- Maintenance by phone or text message;

Pool heat iss 50$ and Spa is 35$ each day - ASK THE MAINTNAICE
