As this unit is a part of the CARLYLE Hotel in South Beach Miami, several rules and regulations will apply during your stay:
Only two guests are allowed per bedroom. (With owner pre-approval - two children under the age of 16 may be added for each apartment as long as one parent is among the registered guests.)
A full list with guests' names must be provided prior to arrival (including children if applicable). Entry will not be granted for a person, which is not stated on the guest's list.
No smoking allowed,
** Pet fee $199 will apply per pet. All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival. MAXIMUM ALLOWANCE 2 PETS!
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.

IMPORTANT INFO: Virtually every building in Miami Beach is required to perform concrete work to pass its 40 year re-certification. This year the Carlyle falls into this cycle. And while we knew this would occur, we could not predict with any calendar accuracy when the City would approve our work permits so that the work could begin. Our permits were finally approved within the last 10 days and so the work has begun. This means the following:
Scaffolding has been erected on the North and West sides of the building and will likely remain in place until sometime between May 6 and May 15. However, no windows are blocked so, apartments continue to receive natural light.
Concrete work on exterior walls of the building which does generate noise can occur anytime on weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00pm.
Scaffolding will be moved to the South and East sides of the building sometime in May and the work process repeated.
