The living room communicates with the balcony through the glass doors. It has two large and comfortable two-seater sofas that can be also used as an individual bed. A stylish media unit with a TV set completes the living room's character. This room is like a central hub from where people can depart into all directions.
There is a classy dining table for 6, overlooking the spacious kitchen fully-equipped with electrical oven, microwave, fridge, double bowl sink, dishwasher and basic appliances. You can also sit at the bar having coffee before exploring wonderful Miami.
Each bedroom is close to the balcony from where you can either contemplate the stars before you fall asleep or be woken up by the sun unless you close the curtains. You can keep your belongings in the stylish chest of drawers which are found in each room. Entertain yourselves by watching TV from your cozy beds. Each bedroom has a different type of bed.
The apartment offers four bathrooms, both decorated with stunning marble desktops and large mirrors. One of them features both a bath and a shower while the other has a huge bath.
The apartment is cooled by central AC unit.
After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.
21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements.

Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 8 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.
Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.
The check-out is 11am.
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.
MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.
*** $150 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
*** If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month
*** $30 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.
-VISITORS AND GUESTS ONLY PERMITTED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 28 DAYS OR LONGER. NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY RESERVATIONS SHORTER THAN 28 DAYS. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.
- Building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access
- Absolutely no loud music, parties or any type of altercation with building security or staff or will result in immediate eviction with no refund and $150 fine.
- Please do not use our towels to remove make up or to clean floors or shoes. If we find excessively stained towels and linens we reserve the right to charge you $50 per each stained towel and $50 per each stained sheet.
These house rules are all accepted when you confirm a booking.
