Bear Hug Lodge, located inside the Coosawattee River Resort, has everything you need to relax, rejuvenate and unwind. This quintessential mountain cabin sleeps 6 comfortably in 3BR/2BA, and it charms with all-wood finishes, a cozy gas-log fireplace and an outdoor fire-pit. You have finally arrived at your Mountain Cabin Destination!

The Space:
The Great Room

The focal point of this open great room is the beautiful stone fireplace with flatscreen Smart TV above; plenty of room to relax in the sitting room with 2 large leather sofas and armchair. The open kitchen and dining room allow your family and friends to enjoy each other’s company while preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. This level also includes the full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.


Bed and Bath

Decorated with rustic charm and on the main level, you will find the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Up the stairs, you will find the second full bathroom and two additional bedrooms; one with twin beds and the other with a queen.


Outdoor Area

Outside, enjoy the wonderful covered porch, then grill a fantastic meal and dig in at the deck’s convenient dining table. Sit back, relax, unplug, and forget your worries in this Coosawattee River Resort Cabin!

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Washer/dryer, Ample parking, and propane BBQ pit.

Indoor fireplace is in season from October 15th - April 15th. Fire pit is available to guests year round.

House Rules:
A security deposit of $200.00+ is required with select cabins. Guest(s) shall leave the premises in clean, neat and undamaged condition. All cooking and eating utensils must be washed and put away. All garbage must be put in trash bags and placed in the garbage cans. No food left in the refrigerator. Furniture is not to be moved. Items in cabin are not to be removed from the premises. A checkout instruction list is in a notebook in the cabin. After guest`s have checked out and the cabin is found in the agreed clean, neat, undamaged condition and no items found missing, if the security deposit was included in total it will be refunded within 10 days. If extra cleaning is required, or damages or theft occur, credit card will be charged. I will advise you of any and all charges in advance if possible.
