The ultimate relaxation spot! With a covered porch, WiFi, this cozy cabin is also pet friendly! Bear Necessities, the quintessential mountain cottage, is located in the North Georgia Mountains close to Ellijay and Blue Ridge. This adorable home sleeps 4 comfortably and includes a wood-burning fireplace for those crisp mountain evenings.

The Space:
Great Room

The focal point of this wood cabin is the warm, inviting wood-burning fireplace. Curl up with a book and savor the comfortable living area or enjoy cooking a family dinner in the open kitchen. The great room is decorated in a mountain, country theme with an adorable bear collection that will delight you as you spot the unique items seen throughout the cabin. The kitchen is outfitted with just about anything you will need to cook during your stay and a wooden country table with matching chairs will be perfect for those family dinners.


Bed and Bath

The downstairs bedroom includes a queen-size bed and looks out over Briar Creek. Laundry and full bath are also found on this main level. The upstairs loft also features a queen-size bed and overlooks the charming great room below. Warm blankets and hotel-style linens will ensure a restful night’s sleep in this cozy home.


Outdoor Area

From the door in the living room you walk out onto the screened-in-porch overlooking the Creek. Because the cabin sits high up on the hillside, the feeling is one of being in a tree house. It is easy to see yourself having your cup of coffee here in the morning with only sounds of the gurgling giggle of the creek below keeping you company. The area down by the creek is designed for fun, food and friends. A faux bridge. A picnic table. A meandering path. All leading to the fire pit creekside. It doesn’t get any better!

Guest Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Washer/dryer, BBQ pit and parking.

Fireplace is in season from October 15 through April 15th. Fire pits are available to guests year round.

All Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
All renters must view, agree, and sign our CabiNation rental agreement within 48 hours of Confirmation. If guest(s) do not agree to the terms of the Rental Agreement the reservation will be cancelled and all monies returned. 48 Hours after booking, acceptance of the rental agreement will be implied and any refunds for canceled trips will be made at the Discretion of the host. A copy of the agreement may be requested before booking for review. Implied acceptance of the CabiNation Rental Agreement will occur for Instant bookings made within 48 hours of arrival time.
