Escape from the city to RiverSong Cabin located inside the Coosawattee River Resort. This Amazing Riverfront, three-story cabin sleeps 8 comfortably in 3BR/2.5BA, and is outfitted with everything you’ll need for a wonderful getaway!
This is the ULTIMATE vacation getaway!

The Space:
Living Area

The impressive floor-to-ceiling stone, wood-burning fireplace is the perfect focal point; a roaring fire is the ideal place to curl up with a book. The living area has plenty of seating with two large sofas for family movie nights. Downstairs, a game room makes for the perfect hangout space; it has a ping pong table, a card table, a karaoke machine, and so much more!

Kitchen and Dining

This home has an excellent kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and just about everything you could need to cook great meals for your group. Kitchen is stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, bowls, dinnerware, and kitchen towels. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large dining table seats 6 easily.

Bed and Bath

The home has 3 spacious bedrooms and a loft with futon for extra sleeping space. The primary suite has a king-size bed with cozy linens, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with Roman tub and separate shower. The two additional bedrooms have queen-size beds and share the additional full bathroom. A half bathroom is an extra convenience for your stay.

Outdoor Area

Outside, enjoy the two covered porches and stairs down to the Coosawattee River. The upper porch has a propane BBQ pit, rocking chairs, and plenty of additional seating. After a day of playing, relax in your own private hot tub on the lower porch, while listening to the river rush by.

Guest Amenities and Details

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Washer/dryer, Hot Tub, River access, and parking.

Fireplaces are only in season from October 15th - April 15th per the rental agreement.

The driveway is steep. In the winter months 4WD is required. But we suggest you should check the forecast before coming because if it's too cold, a 4WD would be necessary.
A parking pad is located at the top of the driveway, that you can use and walk down.

Interaction with Guests:
We Value our Guests Privacy but are Available when needed!

The Neighborhood:
Nearby national forest and wilderness areas provide year-round outdoor recreation which include, white water rafting/kayaking/tubing, hiking, biking and fishing.

Getting Around:
We do recommend 4WD to access this driveway, however, there is a flat parking pad at the top of the driveway if you do not have 4WD that you can park and walk down.

House Rules:
A security deposit of $200.00+ is required with select cabins. Guest(s) shall leave the premises in clean, neat and undamaged condition. All cooking and eating utensils must be washed and put away. All garbage must be put in trash bags and placed in the garbage cans. No food left in the refrigerator. Furniture is not to be moved. Items in cabin are not to be removed from the premises. A checkout instruction list is in a notebook in the cabin. After guest`s have checked out and the cabin is found in the agreed clean, neat, undamaged condition and no items found missing, if the security deposit was included in total it will be refunded within 10 days. If extra cleaning is required, or damages or theft occur, credit card will be charged. I will advise you of any and all charges in advance if possible.
