THE BOONDOCKS CABIN

The Boondocks where serenity awaits you at this impressive 2 bedroom, 3 ½ bath log cabin with exceptional mountain views! This three-story magnificent log cabin has it all, including a dramatic stone fireplace, Hot Tub, covered porches on three levels, sparkling new kitchen, and so much more. If you want the ultimate log cabin getaway, look no further than the Boondocks Cabin.

The Space:
Living Area

Two living areas on different levels will give your group plenty of room to spread out. Upstairs, the stone fireplace creates the perfect focal point for the two-story great room. Comfortable sofa and loveseat, flatscreen TV, and windows galore make for the perfect spot to curl up with a book or hang out and watch a movie. The downstairs living room with its fabulous wet bar and luxurious, integrated gas fireplace is sure to be a hit! Both living areas have immediate access to a covered porch.


Kitchen and Dining

Beautifully designed kitchen is outfitted with just about anything you will need to cook fantastic meals during your stay. Enjoy your culinary masterpiece at the adjacent dining table, out on the covered porch’s dining space or pull up a bar stool at the kitchen island.


Bed and Bath

Both bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds for your comfort, plus a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The primary suite is on the upper level and has a jetted garden tub, large walk-in tile shower, SAT TV, and French doors opening onto a private balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful North Georgia Mountains! Second bedroom is on the main level with a king-size bed, SAT TV, and a large full bath.


Outdoor Area

Enjoy keeping an eye out for the abundance of wildlife around the cabin from one of the three covered porches. The top floor suite has a private balcony, the main floor porch is equipped with the BBQ pit and dining table, and the lower floor is set up for enjoying the Hot Tub. Which one will you experience first?


Guest Amenities and Details

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, SAT TV in the living room, Hot Tub, gas-log fireplace, gas BBQ grill, central heat/air, washer/dryer and ample parking.

Fireplaces are only in season from October 15th - April 15th per the rental agreement.


Location

Nearby attractions include hiking the beautiful trails of North Georgia, biking, Antique Shopping, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Scenic Train Rides and the famous 1955 Swan Drive-In Movie Theater. Enjoy the peacefulness of the country with the convenience of being only a mile from downtown Ellijay.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE :This beautiful mountain home is located in a private deed restricted community. Due to close proximity of neighbors and enforced deed restrictions; late night, loud, or rowdy behavior on the outside deck areas is prohibited. Please enjoy the amenities, peace, and beauty that this amazing home has to offer!

All of our cabins include linens, dishes, pots, pans, towels, washcloths, etc... We will provide an initial supply of guest soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and trash bags. For an extended stay we suggest you bring a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent.

House Rules:
A security deposit of $200.00+ is required with select cabins. Guest(s) shall leave the premises in clean, neat and undamaged condition. All cooking and eating utensils must be washed and put away. All garbage must be put in trash bags and placed in the garbage cans. No food left in the refrigerator. Furniture is not to be moved. Items in cabin are not to be removed from the premises. A checkout instruction list is in a notebook in the cabin. After guest`s have checked out and the cabin is found in the agreed clean, neat, undamaged condition and no items found missing, if the security deposit was included in total it will be refunded within 10 days. If extra cleaning is required, or damages or theft occur, credit card will be charged. I will advise you of any and all charges in advance if possible.
