You’ll find this sophisticated apartment in East Miami, a ten-minute drive from bustling Downtown and fifteen minutes from the endless sands of Miami Beach. LIVING ROOM
The living room is highlighted by its elegant furnishing. You can watch TV or contemplate the view from the stylish leather sofa. The area is really spacious which will provide extra comfort for you. It communicates with the lovely balcony from where you can grasp the fantastic view. The sitting area also shares the space with the dining room where 4 people can sit comfortably and enjoy the meal at the modern dining table.
KITCHEN
The state-of-the-art kitchen is just round the corner, you will enjoy its solid wood cabinetry, granite countertop and last word kitchen appliances. A fridge, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave are on your disposal as well as other cookware, glassware and kitchen utensils you may need.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms are bright, spacious and fashionably appointed. Master bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands and a drawers for your personal belongings and a TV for your pleasure. Second bedroom features 2 single beds. Its benefit is certainly the balcony and the Bay view.
BATHROOMS
Master bathroom is a perfection, in a word. It is really spacious and bright but those are not its best features. It provides luxury and comfort. There is a huge bath tub, a shower, marble tops, enough ample space for your bathroom essentials and a magical wall-to-wall mirror. Amazing! Second Bathroom has a bathtub.
In addition to one of the best Miami Bay and city views, the Grand provides an Olympic size outdoor pool, a whirlpool, fully-equipped gym, a tennis court, on-site Marina and fantastic on-site restaurants offering everything from Italian and Chinese cuisine to local and sea dishes.

BOOKING RULES
After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.
21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements.
***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

OCCUPANCY RULES
Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirements.
NO SMOKING
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.
CHECK IN
Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.
CHECK OUT
The check-out is 11am.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.
MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.
PARKING RULES
*** $150 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
*** If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month
*** $30 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.
BUILDING RULES
-VISITORS AND GUESTS ONLY PERMITTED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 28 DAYS OR LONGER. NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY RESERVATIONS SHORTER THAN 28 DAYS. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.
