Within its 3,100 sq. ft. interior, this home features a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with seating for eight, and a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace. Outside, relax on the furnished decks overlooking Patterson Creek, fire up the gas grill, gather around the water-side fire pit, or take a soothing dip in your private hot tub tucked away in its own gazebo.

This cabin sits alongside Patterson Creek, just four miles west of the charming community of Epworth. Hikers will discover numerous trails to enjoy in the area, and anglers can test their skills on the nearby Toccoa and Ocoee Rivers. You'll be just a little over 12 miles from downtown Blue Ridge and about 15 miles from Lake Blue Ridge, where you'll find a marina, boat ramps, swimming and picnic areas, and 65 miles of stunning shoreline.
