This beautiful 2 bed/2.5 bath lakefront townhome is located in Regal Oaks Resort, a quiet, relaxing, gated community with 24-hour security in the heart of Kissimmee. This home is beautifully decorated with clean, modern touches and includes everything you need for the perfect vacation. Self-check-in and check-out with a keyless entry make the arrival and departure process simple and stress-free.

ON-SITE PERKS
Watch the sunrise each morning while looking out to your private lakefront view. The resort-style amenities are a mere 1-minute walk out of your front door. No need to drive! Get a morning workout in at the on-site fitness center, lounge along the beautiful lake on the clubhouse sundeck with a music-filled ambience, grab some food or your favorite drink at the snack bar or on-site restaurant, take a dip in the heated pool, or race down one of the waterslides (lifeguard present – must be 48” or taller to ride). The amenities are fun for both adults and children! You can also get in a game of tennis right across from the townhome. Enjoy a relaxing evening at home in your very own personal LED-lit hot tub located in the screened patio or watch television in the living room or any of the bedrooms with complimentary Netflix.

OFF-SITE PERKS
This property is located right off US-192 with an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment for the family to enjoy. Only 3 miles to the Disney gates! Perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy the hustle and bustle of what the Disney and Universal attractions have to offer but be able to retreat to your quiet sanctuary when the fun is done! Local attractions such as Fun Spot Amusement Park, Old Town, and World Food Trucks are only a 10-minute walk up the road.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a security guard prior to entering. All guests have complimentary access to the Regal Oaks Resort, the clubhouse amenities are available between 8AM-9PM.

Other Things to Note:
1. There is basic cookware available in the house.

2. Please note there will be a fine of $200 if you put soap into the water of the hot tub.

3. A high chair and pack 'n' play is available at the home and complimentary. Please bring your own linen for the pack 'n' play.

4. If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.

5. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

House Rules:
1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine and/or your full deposit will be at stake.
2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.
