boat, as the house comes with a 50 ft. boat dock with water and electrical hook-ups right outside
your back door. Imagine the fun you will have boating, fishing and crabbing from your back door.

The Space:
Living Area
The entire back of the house has windows that span the living and dining area. Enjoy a little
downtime on the comfortable sectional sleeper sofa in the living room area, while watching a
movie on the 60” flatscreen smart TV. The chef of the family won’t feel excluded while cooking
family meals, because the fully-stocked kitchen is open to the main living area. Enjoy those
meals at the 6-seat dining table, grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar or enjoy an alfresco
meal at the covered porch’s dining table.

Bed and Bath
This vacation home is newly updated with fresh paint, new furnishings and all new bedding. The
primary bedroom on the third floor has a luxurious king bed, private en-suite bathroom with a
large walk-in shower, flatscreen TV and a private balcony overlooking the entire marina area.
The floor plan works well for two families as the second bedroom is also outfitted with a king
bed. The third bedroom is the perfect kids’ bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. A second full
bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor.

Outdoor Area
Spend your day relaxing on one of the many outside patio/deck areas. The patio off the main
floor offers the perfect place to prepare a meal on the gas grill, while catching a magnificent
sunset from the patio table. Next to the water, you have a multitude of covered and uncovered
waterside options. Upstairs, enjoy the private balcony off of the primary bedroom.
