Vacation Rental Description

This bright and modern one bedroom plus den offers all the amenities you'll need during a longer trip to Toronto - a perfect space for a business or solo traveller, and couples! Enjoy the breathtaking views of Toronto's skyline from your private balcony, preparing your dinner in your fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, or relaxing in your open-concept living area while watching Netflix. The space also features a private office/den, and high speed wireless internet.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the unit. On-site parking is not available. Kindly note a phone call is required prior to sharing check-in information, and our property manager will be meeting you on-site to provide the keys to the space.

Interaction with Guests:
I am available around the clock to provide assistance.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located at the intersection of Toronto's energetic downtown Financial District and the historic St. Lawrence Market, a short walking distance to all major downtown attractions as well as Toronto’s finest restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries.

Nearby attractions include the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, the Metro Toronto Convention Center, the CN Tower, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Eaton Center, King Street, and the Queen’s Quay Waterfront.

Getting Around:
It is minutes away from Union Station, the Go Bus Station, and the Coach Bus Terminal. The Union Pearson Express train takes you directly to and from the airport in under 25 minutes. Uber's are always readily available.

The Underground Path is located across the street in the CBC building and connects you to the entire downtown core. This is very convenient during the winter.

1. We rent out our unit on a monthly basis but longer stays are welcomed up to 6 months (subject to availability)! If you can't find your dates please reach out so we can double check for you.

2. We're happy to deliver:
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

3. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

4. Check-in is only from 5pm-9pm. Some special circumstances can be accommodated so please inquire with us for more information.
