The Space:
At Chiquita Bay, check in for fun in the sun! You will not believe these incredible views from this south facing canal home! There are stunning bay and canal views from the north and south decks. You are sure to never lack for room with the many outdoor covered or uncovered decks and patios.

It will be hard to beat all the fun amenities this home has to offer. Downstairs on the patio level, you will find a lounge area with an unbelievable Tiki Bar fully outfitted for your enjoyment. There is also a relaxing hot tub, BBQ pit, private boat dock with a boat lift, half bath, and outdoor shower.

Enjoy all the benefits from being on the canal! The home includes two kayaks sure to satisfy your adventurous side. Also, you will find a floating water pad for your use. If you love to fish, this home has your covered! Fishing is plentiful in the canal, and you can enjoy the use of the fishing poles you will find at the home.

On the main floor you will find an open-concept living area, kitchen, dining area, as well as two bedrooms and beautifully updated hall bathroom. The updated kitchen has everything you could need for your vacation. With beautiful quartz counters, mosaic backsplash, and all appliances you will not have to venture out for a meal. The living area has a smart TV, sofa, and two side chairs. There is plenty of room for seating at the dining table for six and the kitchen bar, which seats four. The laundry area is also located on the main floor.

The first bedroom boasts a queen bed and a chair that pulls out into a twin bed. It has a beautiful french door that leads to the deck. The second bedroom is the perfect kid's zone with twin bunk beds and a pull out twin trundle bed. The hall bathroom has a large tiled shower. Upstairs you will enter into the primary oasis complete with private balcony. This retreat offers a King bed and a chair that pulls out into a twin bed. The spa like bathroom offers double vanities, soaking tub, and separate shower.
