The Space:
Let your beach vacation begin from the moment you enter the front door to the home. The bright walls and new furnishings will be sure to make you feel welcomed from the first step. This condo is beautifully decorated throughout, and offers all the amenities of home. The home boasts an open concept living area, kitchen, and dining area with new furniture, the perfect place for entertaining your group. You are sure to have all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meal in the well equipped kitchen. The beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances offer you all the comforts of home. When your meal is ready, gather around the dining room while taking in the stunning gulf views. After dinner, grab a drink and relax on the furniture on the balcony, which offers unmatched water views. Snuggle up on the couch and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV with the complimentary WI-FI, or play a round of your favorite games with the provided board games. A washer and dryer are also provided to ensure you are always looking your best.

The primary bedroom is off the living area, and boasts a king size bed, dresser, TV, and ensuite bath. You can also access the balcony from this bedroom. Lay in bed and take in the sight of the waves. The ensuite bath offers double sinks and a shower. The secondary bedroom is down the hallway offering full size and twin size beds, books, and a TV. The secondary bathroom is located just off the front door.

You will not find another condo that offers as many amenities as Pointe West. A wristband is required to access the amenities, and must be worn at all times. They are $15 per person and must be purchased from the front desk. The amenities are as follows:
