The Space:
Chiquita Escape offers plenty of room for your entire group! Experience views of water everywhere you turn from the bay to the canal. This home boasts two decks, the back overlooking the canal. The table on the deck offers the perfect spot for alfresco dining, or gather around the large table and kitchen island indoors both accommodating six seats. Everyone can catch their favorite movie on one of the five included smart TVs around the home. Terramar neighborhood also offers a community pool for your enjoyment.

The living area is comfortable decorated with an abundance of seating. The high ceilings and wall of windows and French doors amplifies the open and airy feeling you will get. Step into the well equipped kitchen and prepare a meal for your group. You are sure to love the fun tiled backsplash.

The home offers plenty of sleeping arrangements accommodating your group of up to 10. The second bedroom can only be accessed through the primary suite. The fourth bedroom offers two different sleeping areas that can be separated with the provided privacy screen. Three of the bathrooms offer a beautiful walk in shower, while the fourth bathroom offers a tub.

As you pull up in the driveway large enough to accommodate five cars, you will be greeted with the expansive living area underneath the home. This unbelievable area offers many amenities such as the unique Tiki Bar, charcoal grill, TV, hammock, and kayaks. You will not lack for seating on the expansive decks located on the main floor of the home. Stretch out on the provided loungers, or snuggle up in a chair and read a book.
