This stunning 3-bedroom apartment is located in the Palisades Condominiums in Winter Garden, Florida. You’ll feel like a local in this established community of both short and long-term condominiums. It’s conveniently located on the luxurious west side of Disney and is just a 10-minute drive away from the Park. This property features a perfect blend of city sophistication and Florida's most coveted natural beauty.

The open concept layout offers a spacious living room, upscale bedrooms, and a private balcony with gorgeous forest views. It also has two large modern bathrooms. The building amenities include a pool area and a community garden. There’s also shaded parking available on the first floor, the parking garage height limit is 7ft5.

The Space:
This luxury suite is spacious, modern, and has everything that you'll need for your stay. The space features three bedrooms, a very comfortable couch and two full bathrooms with the master bedroom featuring an oversized tub. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room and a private balcony with incredible views of the surrounding conservation area.

Our sumptuous beds feature quality linens, comfy pillows and comforters. The 50” smart TV in the living room comes with news, and streaming channels. There are also flat screen TVs located in every bedroom and high speed WiFi.

The Palisades Condominium includes a pool, hot tub, fitness center, lounge and movie theatre. A great selection of restaurants, fabulous shopping spots and world class golf are all located only minutes away, right off the 192.

•There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.

Unit Access:
• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.

Keep entertained with complimentary access to the condo's beautiful amenities open from 8am - 10pm, year round:

The apartment is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Palisades Condominium is right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots and entertainment.

Please note that:
• Although pool is still available for use, the hot tub is currently out of service. Also, the heating system is under repair. The maintenance team is working to get fixed. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

1. There is basic cookware available in the unit.

2. Please note there are noise monitoring devices that are triggered if there's a high noise level in the apartment to ensure all guests remain respectful to those around them. There's a $50 fine for excessive noise complaints.

3. A maximum of TWO pets ARE WELCOME at our home! The pet fee is $50 per animal.

4. If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.

5. Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fine per hour past check-out.

6. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $10/day ($50 max per trip)

7. We're happy to deliver a High Chair for $5/day ($25 max per trip)
