Located in The Shire at West Haven, a quiet, gated community, this vacation villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 people. This is the perfect place for large families or groups. And with more than 3,200 square feet to enjoy, you won’t be on top of everyone else.
The outside of the villa looks grand! It’s quite an impressive sight, and the inside is just as good. There are two living areas: a formal and informal living room. The formal living room has an L-shaped sectional sofa and is a great place to have a quiet conversation. The informal living room also has an L-shaped sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV, making this is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a movie after a long day at the park. The fully-equipped kitchen is large. It has stainless steel appliances, lots of countertop space and storage, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a small breakfast nook with seating for 4. There are 5 bedrooms. There is one bedroom downstairs, and the rest are upstairs. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king-size beds, private en-suite bathrooms, and French doors that lead out onto the private screened-in balcony that overlooks the pool. One of these bedrooms has a walk-in closet that’s so big that the owners decided to put a single over double bunk bed in it. Bedroom 3 has another king-size bed. And and bedrooms 4 and 5 both have a queen-size bed. Need to do some laundry during your stay? No problem, there is laundry room upstairs. The screened-in pool and patio area is the perfect place to relax. You can cool off in the pool, relax in the spa, or sit under the covered lanai and enjoy your morning coffee.


Community Description

The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids’ playground, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes’ drive.
