Are you a large family or group looking for somewhere to stay? Look no further. This 2-storey vacation villa is in the Shire at West Haven, has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeps a total of 10. There are two living areas: a formal living area and an informal living area. The elegant formal living area has plenty of seating and is the perfect place to sit down and have an intimate conversation. If you want something a little more casual, the informal living room has a large L-shaped sofa and TV. It’s a great place for everyone to get together and watch a movie after a long day out. Enjoy cooking? You love this large, fully equipped kitchen with its granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of countertop space. You’ll have no problem whipping up a meal here. When it’s time to eat, there are three dining areas. There’s a small breakfast bar with seating for two, a breakfast nook in the kitchen with seating for four, and a formal dining area with seating for six. There are 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and its own balcony. There is a second bedroom that also has a king-size bed and en-suite. The remaining three bedrooms all have queen-size beds. And with a TV in each bedroom, arguments over who gets to watch what should be kept to a minimum. The best features about this house? The pool and games room. With a basketball hoop, pool table, and air hockey table in the games room, you’ll spend hours playing in this room. If you’d rather be out enjoying the Florida sunshine, there’s a private pool, jacuzzi, and loungers at the back of the house. If the sun gets to be a little too much, there is also a covered lanai with a table and chairs to enjoy.

Community Description





West Haven is located in Davenport and is a group of separate communities all gated within this area. The homes are 3,4,5 and 6 bedrooms, most with private pools and there are communities within that have their own small community pool and playgrounds. The development is lush in landscaping and is only a few minutes from both the SR27 and the Interstate 4 both of which will get you into the Orlando theme parks and surrounding restaurants and stores. The development is very close to the Posner Park shopping center which has a Cinemax theater as well as various eateries and a Starbucks. West Haven’s amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, playground, tennis court, and a beach volleyball court.
