Vacation Rental Description

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool vacation villa has been furnished with care and consists of a large master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, garden bath, and walk-in shower; a second bedroom with a queen-size bed; and a third and fourth bedroom with two single beds in each. Enjoy relaxed seating in the lounge and entertainment on the TV and DVD player. The formal dining area seats 6, with an additional breakfast table in the kitchen bay window space, set for 4 for the early risers. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped, and comes with stainless-steel appliances. The pool and spa is accessible through the lounge patio doors, which lead you onto the pool deck area. Here you can take a dip, sit under the covered lanai, or catch some sun on the sun loungers around the pool. The utility room has a washer and drier for all your laundry needs. Please note that there is an alarm system, so please observe the owners wishes and protect their home as if it was your own by setting the alarm whenever you leave the property.





Community Description





The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids playground, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away.
