It has comfortable brown leather sofas, a large HD flat screen TV, and a DVD player. Kids and adults alike will love the games room in the converted garage where you can play pool, air hockey, or shoot some hoops. There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts modern furniture, a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and views of the pool area. The second bedroom is a similar size to the master bedroom, but it has a queen-sized bed, smaller en-suite bathroom. and direct access to the pool area. The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids playground, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away.
