If you’re looking for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool home on a single floor that is close to Disney World (less than 10 miles) and has views of the golf course, then consider this property at Highlands Reserve for your next stay in the Orlando area! As you walk through the front door, the first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful wooden flooring that pops. To you’re left, there is the formal dining area, which seats up to eight people. Look ahead, and you’ll see the formal living room area, complete with L-shaped leather sofa and fireplace. Plan to cook while staying here? No problem! The kitchen has modern appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you’d need to put together the tastiest of meals. If you’re having a casual meal, then why not sit at the kitchen dining table/breakfast nook, which seats up to four people. Visible from the kitchen is the informal living room, which makes this place great for entertaining/socializing with others while using the kitchen. The informal living room is bright and airy. It has two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. Head through the glass patio doors in the informal living room area, and you’ll enter the pool area. It’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and there is a covered lanai with an outdoor dining table and four chairs—perfect for some alfresco dining. The pool is a decent size, and it comes complete with a spa for relaxing in. For those who want to work on their tan, there are some sun loungers dotted around the pool deck. The best part? The view! The home boasts some great scenes of the golf course through the privacy trees.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private access to the pool area, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have their own TV.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities
