Located in the highly sought-after resort of Solterra is this awesome 5-bed end-unit townhome. The living room is bright and modern. It has a white contemporary L-shaped sofa, large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, and plenty of natural light thanks to the large glass patio doors. There is also a second living room area upstairs. Here, you'll find a foosball table, large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, and some comfortable seating to lounge on. Cooking is a pleasure when you cook in this kitchen. It has granite countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. And when it's time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar/kitchen island, which seats up to four, or around the formal dining table, which seats up to six people. Want somewhere to cool off from the Florida heat? No problem! Head to the screened-in splash pool area at the back of house. Here, you'll find a splash pool, sunbeds to tan on, and a lanai with some outdoor wicker furniture to relax on. There's even lake views from the pool area.
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is themed to Disney's Mickey Mouse and has two twin/single beds. And the fifth bedroom is themed to Star Wars and has two single/twin beds.
This unit also comes with free Wi-Fi Internet access, in-unit laundry facilities, and optional pool heat (if available).
