Vacation Rental Description

Looking for a vacation home that has a games room, a private pool, and will sleep up to 8 people? If so, read on. There are 2 living room areas. The first living room, which is more of a conversation room, is right by the front door, and it has a comfortable sofa. It’s a great place for a couple of people to sit down and have a quiet conversation. The second living room, the main living room, is well-lit, has 2 comfortable sofas and an armchair, and it has a flat screen TV. This room is ideal for everyone to watch a great Disney movie together before heading out to the parks. Looking over the main living room is the kitchen. It has an island, modern appliances, and it comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar, breakfast nook, or formal dining area.

If you want to be kept entertained while staying here, you won’t be disappointed. First, there’s a games room in the garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table and an air hockey table. If you want some outdoor fun, head to the screened-in pool area at the back of the house. Here, you’ll find a lagoon-shaped pool to cool off in. For those that want to work on their tan, there are sunbeds dotted around the pool area.

There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed. And both the third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds in each, which are great for younger children. There are 3 bathrooms.

Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.





Community Description





Windwood Bay a small subdivision in Davenport close to Disney World. The community is split into two areas, one is single family homes for Residents and vacation homes and the second is smaller for town homes. The development is close to stores and restaurants and also the main SR27 and Interstate 4 so easy to get to the east and west coast beaches as well as downtown Orlando and the Orlando Universal Studios and SeaWorld. There are no resort amenities.
