Located in Highlands Reserve, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is a great little getaway for those who want to be close to Disney (less than 10 miles), have their own private pool, and views of the golf course. The living room has vaulted ceilings, which give it a sense of grandness. It also has plenty of comfortable seating, lots of natural light, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall above the fireplace—perfect for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. The kitchen may be compact, but it has everything you need to put together tasty home-cooked meals, such as pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances. It also has modern major appliances and overlooks the living and dining areas, making it perfect for entertaining. There are two indoor dining areas: the breakfast nook in the kitchen, which seats up to four, and the formal dining area, which also seats up to four people. If you fancy some alfresco dining, head to the pool area outside in the back, and you’ll find a lanai with an outdoor dining area, which seats up to four. While we are talking about the pool area, let’s see what else it has to offer. Firstly, it’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There’s a good-sized pool that’s ideal for taking a dip in to cool off after a long day out in the Florida heat. There’s also a spa for relaxing in. For those who want to work on their tan, there are sun beds dotted around the pool area. What makes this pool area even better is the view of the golf course and trees! There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is the on the ground floor, and it has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, garden tab, and walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and the fourth bedroom also has two twin beds but is themed to Disney, which makes it perfect for younger children. Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and laundry facilities
