Vacation Rental Description

Large family or group looking for a vacation home that’s spacious and close to Disney World? If so, then look no further. This vacation home has 5 bedrooms, over 2,800 square feet of living space, and is less than 9 miles from Walt Disney World.


There are two living rooms. The first living room, which is more of a sitting room, has a couple of comfortable leather sofas and is the perfect place for people to sit down and have a nice conversation. The second living room, the main living room, is towards the back of the house, and it has comfortable leather sofas, direct access to the pool, and a flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching your favorite movies on after a long day out at the parks. What’s more, there’s a bonus TV room upstairs, which has a chaise lounge and TV. The kitchen a good size, has modern appliances, plenty of countertop space, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. When it’s time eat, you can eat at either the kitchen dining area, which will seat up to 4 people, or in the formal dining area, which will seat up to 6 people.


If you like to swim, you will absolutely love the swimming pool. It’s large, sparkling, and very inviting. There’s also a spa for you to relax in. For those who want to work on their tan, there are sunbeds dotted around the screened-in pool area. For those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but in the shade, there’s a lanai with patio furniture underneath it. And for those who want something fun to do indoors, just head to the games room in the converted garage, and you’ll find a pool table.


There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed, private access to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both have queen-sized beds. And the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two twin beds, which are perfect for younger children. All bedrooms have their own TV.


Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.

Community Description





Tuscan Hills gives a hint of Tuscany as you are greeted by water fountains, topiary landscaping and villas with red tiled roofs. We have a selection of luxury self-catering Tuscan Hills vacation rental villas available from 3 to 5 bedrooms all with a private pool, and most have spas. A central clubhouse as you enter the community has a gym, tennis court and volleyball court to work off those extra holiday pounds, and a play area to amuse the children
