Vacation Rental Description

Looking for a vacation home that will sleep up to 10 people, has a games room and private pool, and is just a short drive from Disney? If so, then look no further.

There are three living room areas. The first living room/sitting room is at the front of the house and has a large, stylish L-shaped sofa. This room is perfect for sitting down with others and having a nice conversation. The second living room, the main living room, is at the back of the house. It’s spacious, has comfortable leather sofas, direct access to the pool area, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, which is perfect for watching a good movie on after a long day out at the parks. Unable to agree on what to watch on the TV? No problem. Just head upstairs to the third living room, and you’ll find another flat screen TV. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love this kitchen. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When the food is ready, you can choose from three dining areas: the breakfast bar, which will seat up to 3, the kitchen dining area, which will seat up to 4, or the formal dining area, which will seat up to 6.

Head through the glass patio doors in the back, and you’ll step foot into the pool area. It’s screened in to keep those pesky bugs out, and it has a large sparkling pool to cool off in and an inviting spa to relax in. There are sunbeds for those wanting to work on their tan, and there is also a lanai with patio furniture underneath it for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but in the shade. If you want something fun to do indoors, head to games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table and an air hockey table.

There are 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is large and spacious. It has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each, which are perfect for younger children. All bedrooms have their own TV.

Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities. PLEASE NOTE: There is currently construction next to this property.





Community Description





West haven is located in Davenport and is a group of separate communities all gated within this area. The homes are 3,4,5 and 6 bedrooms, most with private pools and there are communities within that have their own small community pool and playgrounds. The development is lush in landscaping and is only a few minutes from both the SR27 and the Interstate 4 both of which will get you into the Orlando theme parks and surrounding restaurants and stores. The development is very close to the Posner Park shopping center which has a Cinemax theater as well as various eateries and a Starbucks. West Haven’s amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, playground, tennis court, and a beach volleyball court.
