Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa sleeps up to 8 people and has a private pool with golf course views. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two singles beds in it, which are great for the younger members of the family to sleep in. And the fourth bedroom has three beds in it: a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom and an additional single bed in the same room. The kitchen will please anyone who enjoys cooking. It comes fully equipped with cutlery, pans, pots, small appliances, and everything else you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. It also has modern appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of countertop space. Just off of the kitchen is the breakfast nook where up to 4 people can sit. Right next to the table are glass patio doors that let in plenty of natural light and let anyone out who wants to go to the pool area. If you need somewhere larger to eat. There’s a formal dining room that has a stylish wooden dining suite, and it seats up to 6 people comfortably. After a long day out at the park, the living room is the perfect place to come back to and relax in. It has two black leather sofas, a crème-colored leather recliner, a large flat screen TV to watch a good movie on, and glass patio doors that also let in plenty of natural light as well as let out anyone onto the pool area. Head out onto the screened-in pool area, and you’ll find a large pool, views of the golf course, sun loungers to work on your tan, and a table and four chairs under a covered lanai, where you can eat al fresco.


Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
