Located in Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, the vacation villa with private pool has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 people, and has over 1,500 square feet of space. This is the perfect place for a family with small kids to stay. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty. This kitchen is great for those who want to be able to cook and socialize with others at the same time. There are two dining areas: the formal dining area and the breakfast nook. The breakfast nook is right next to a window that overlooks the pool area. Here, up to 4 people can enjoy breakfast together around the circular, wooden table. For the times you need a little more space and somewhere a bit more formal to eat, there’s the formal dining area. Here, you can seat up to 6 people around a wooden, rectangular table. Like to end your days by relaxing in front of the TV? The living room is where you want to be. It has a large sofa, a large flat screen TV, and glass patio doors that both let in plenty of natural light and let out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. Outside in the west-facing screened-in pool area, you’ll notice a good-size, lagoon-shaped pool for taking a dip in, sun loungers for sunbathing on, and a patio table with chairs to relax on and enjoy your favorite beverage. There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private access to the pool, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queenl-size bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds in each, which are great for kids to sleep in. And don’t worry, there is free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the house.

Community Description

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
