Looking for a 5-bedroom holiday home in Southern Dunes with a private pool and golf course views? If so, then check this place out. There are two living room areas. The first is large, bright, and comfortable. It has tan sofas, a flat screen TV for watching all your favorite movies on, and direct access to the pool area via glass doors that let natural sunlight stream right through into the room. The second living room is upstairs and has comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV. Fancy doing some cooking while here? If so, this kitchen certainly won't dissapoint. It has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances (the fridge is white), and plnety of countertop space to prepare food on. When it's time to eat, you can do so at either the kitchen island that doubles as a breakfast bar, or around the formal dining table, whcih seats up to six people. Fancy a dip in the pool? If so, then head to the back of the house. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and there are sunbeds dotted around the pool for those who want to work on their tan. There is also an outdoor dining suite by the pool for those who want to enojy some alfresco dining. There are also great golf course views that are visisble from the pool deck area.
Three are five bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and ensutie bathroom, complete with garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin/single beds. The fourth bedroom has two twin/single beds. And the fifth bedroom also has twin twin/single beds.
This home also comes with free Wi-Fi Internet and in-unit laundry facilties. Pool heat (if available) is extra.
