Vacation Rental Description

Are you looking for a quiet and calming space to relax? Well, do not look anywhere else, here is your perfect location!
This 4-bedroom; 2-bathroom home is perfect for a group of 8 people (maximum). It's located in Southern Dunes Golf & C.C.

As soon as you enter to the house you have the open space that includes a 8-seating dining table so you can enjoy your best specialties. Next to it, you have the living-room with 3 2-seating sofas and a large Smart TV with a cable box to watch from a movie to the weather of the Sunshine Florida. It has sliding doors that leads to the pool deck (we'll talk about it in a minute).
Next to it, you'll find a round 4-seating table, perfect for your morning coffee or breakfast.
And lastly, the kitchen. It is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, appliances including small appliances.

Let's describe the bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed with a walk-in closet and a master bathroom inside. This bedroom has a TV with a Roku device.
Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed. It has a TV with a Roku device.
Bedroom #3 has 2-single size beds and has a TV with a Roku device.
& Bedroom #4 has 2-single size beds.

Pool area is spacious and has room for everyone to be comfortable. Pool is lagoon shaped and you have amazing views of the golf course from it.
Pool heating is available to add to your stay for an extra cost. We just will need to know at least 3 days before your arrival date.
There's a covered lanai for those who would like to relax, away from the sun with a dining table and chairs. For those who would like to work on their tan, there's plenty of lounge chairs.
Need a mid-stay washing? No worries. The house has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for you to use anytime you need to.
