Property Description:

Located at the gated community of Southern Dunes lies this splendid 4 bedroom 2 bath property at just 30 minutes to Disney World. This cosy villa can sleep a maximum of 8 guests comfortably within the home's 1,751 square feet of living space.

This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. We want all of our guests to have a great time, but please be advised that under no circumstances do we allow parties or events to take place in this home.

Upon entering the home's double door entry, you will be welcomed by the homely sofas offering extra comfort when you come back from a long day of park hopping. There is also a flat screen TV with multi channel cable and DVD player for your entertainment. Free Wi-Fi internet and free calls within the US and Canada are also provided.

The home's kitchen has plenty of storage space and is fully equipped with everything you will need as if it were your own home. The items include a full size stove, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, glasses, dishes and cutlery. The kitchen has seating for 4 with a separate dining room that seats 6 and additional seating at the breakfast bar. There is also a washer and dryer within the unit along with a back up set of linens and towels.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, TV with multi channel cable, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, jetted jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed as well. Last but not least, the fourth bedroom has two twins.

The second bathroom is a shared bathroom with plenty of counter space, a tub/shower combination and a door leading out to the pool deck.

The home's pool deck offers plenty of space with three sun loungers for relaxing and a table set that seats 4. *This home is not pool heat accessible*.

This property will come with toiliteries (toilet paper, dish washer tablet, etc) to get you through the first day or so however beyond that this property is self catering.

This home is located on the exclusive Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club resort, which has a pleasant mix of vacation guests and permanent residents who have chosen Southern Dunes as their primary home location. Southern Dunes is a gated community with manned 24-hour security point on entry. It is an ideal location for quiet relaxation and boasts a challenging 18 hole golf course and a Clubhouse incorporating the Tavern On The Dunes bar – a 7 screen sports bar and restaurant.

Located off Highway 27 and just 9 miles south of the I-4 Interstate, it is also conveniently situated for access to local shopping, supermarkets, and restaurants and is within 30 minutes of the Disney theme parks. The I-4 provides easy access to beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Space Coast beaches near Cocoa, Daytona and Melbourne on the East Coast and all of the Central Florida attractions.
