Thsi is a beautiful, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath, private pool home in a peaceful, quiet, gated community is also recently renovated


This villa has a fully screened-in pool area to enjoy after a day at the theme parks, or after a round of golf, or anytime! Cool off in the summer with a quick dip, or enjoyed it heated during the winter months (optional heating available at additional cost). The screened area allows you to lounge in the sun, or swim without the discomfort of any biting bugs

Thehome has all you will need for a wonderful stay. We provide WIFI, flat screen TV's in every room, cable service, and even phone service with calling to the USA. The living room, with a 43" flat screen TV also has a DVD player, with family oriented movies, for your enjoyment.

The villa is well suited for families. We have a high chair available, and pack and play if needed for little ones. The kids will love the"Mickey room" with twin beds. For the rest of the family we have a nice master bedroom with a queen size bed, and a full private bathroom. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed.

The remodeled kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances is sure to please, and provides the opportunity to "cook at home," if you would like. The open kitchen area is well stocked with basic cooking utensils, and has plenty of cups, plates, and dishes for dining. Just outside the gated community you will find a number of restaurants with a variety of dining options, if you prefer to eat out. You might check out the bar-b-que at Sonny's, take in breakfast at Denny's, or enjoy a meal at the popular Manny's restaurant just outside Southern Dunes. There are plenty of choices to make!

Whether you are seeking the excitement of the theme parks, the night life in Orlando, or just long for a peaceful, restful, getaway in a delightful community, you will find it all within reach at our place.

Linens are provided, along with bath towels, and pool towels. We even have a full size washer and dryer available in the garage, if needed.

Special features in the Southern Dunes community include the 18-hole championship golf course, a private neighborhood park, tennis courts, community pools, preservation areas, and a landscaped lake.
