Vacation Rental Description

This vacation home is located in the Eagle Pointe community, and it has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are vaulted ceilings throughout the house, which makes the 1,822 square feet of space feel even larger. The living room is large and bright, and there is plenty of comfortable seating, so everyone can sit down together and watch a classic Disney movie. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the utensils, plates, dishes, and kitchen gadgets/small appliances you’d need to cook up a tasty home-cooked meal. And when it’s time to eat, there are two dining areas. The first dining area is in the kitchen, which will seat up to four people. The second dining area is more formal and has seating for up to six people.

There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has plenty of space and a comfortable king-sized bed. Connected to the master bedroom is the master bathroom. Here, you’ll find a walk-in shower and large tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each.

Now, onto the pool area! Head straight through the large glass, patio doors in the living room, and you’ll enter the screened-in private pool area. A tall wooden fence surrounds the pool area to provide added privacy. There are sunbeds dotted around the pool for those wanting to work on their tan, and for those wanting to be outside but out of the sun, there is a covered lanai with patio seating underneath it.

Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat, and in-unit laundry facilities.
