Let’s first go over the communal areas. The kitchen is large and spacious. It has dark, wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Any chef would be thrilled to cook in this kitchen! It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you would need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, which seats up to three people, or at the dining table, which both seat up to eight people. The living room shares the same space as the kitchen and dining areas, making it a great place to entertain. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa, a couple of comfortable armchairs, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall—perfect for watch all your favorite Disney movies on. The living room area also offers direct access to the pool area via glass patio doors. If there’s fighting over the TV remote, simply head upstairs to the second living room/TV room room with a large L-shaped sofa, two sleek armchairs, and another large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Let’s take a look at what the pool area has to offer. Firstly, it’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. It also has a very large lanai with some patio furniture underneath it. The pool itself is a good size and makes for the perfect place to cool off in after a long day out at the parks. It also comes with a spa to relax in. If you’re looking for some indoor entertainment, head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a basketball game, air hockey, and foosball.

There are seven bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, complete with tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second and third bedrooms also have king-sized beds, which are perfect for couples or those individuals who want to stretch out. The fourth bedroom is themed to Disney Moana and has two twin beds. The fifth bedroom, which is surf themed, has a queen-size bed. The sixth bedroom is also surf themed and has two twin beds. And the seventh bedroom is themed to Monster Inc, and it also has two twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TV.
