It also has a patio door that leads to the pool area and a large flat screen TV for everyone to enjoy after one of those long days at the parks. The L-shaped kitchen is great for those wanting to cook rather than go out and eat. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and a breakfast nook with seating for up to 4 – perfect for a quick breakfast before a day out. Alternatively, if you need more seating, there’s a formal dining room, which has seating for up to 6. Like to compete? If so, then you’ll love the games room. It comes complete with a pool table, and a foosball table. You’ll be sure to spend hours in this room playing. Step outside at the back, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool. Here, there are sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, a covered lanai for those who want to get out of the sun for a bit, and the all-important pool, which is perfect for taking a dip in after a long day out in the Florida heat. There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private access to the pool, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three is Disney themed and has two single beds, and bedroom four is ocean themed and has two single beds. Bedrooms three and four are perfect for small kids.
