This vacation villa is located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and sleeps up to 6 people.
The first bedroom, has a king-size bed, views of the pool, a ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom. The second a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed.
The living room is at the front of the house, large comfortable sofas, and a large flat screen TV for everyone’s entertainment. The kitchen comes fully equipped ready to cook all your favourite meals.
Need to do a little mid-stay laundry? No problem this home has a full-size washer and dryer.
Ready to eat? There’s a dining area with a table and seating for 6. This is the perfect place for everyone to have a meal together. Head outside at the back, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. It has a good-size pool and sun loungers. Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
