Located in the highly sought-after resort community of Solterra is this 5-bedroom, single-story vacation home. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all share the same space, making it great for entertaining. The living room has a very large L-shaped sofa and two additional chairs for all to sit down together and watch their favorite Disney movie on the large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Enjoy cooking? You'll love this kitchen. It has dark wood cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops. It also has plenty of workspace, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, which seats four, or around the dining table, which seats up to six people. Fancy a dip in the pool? No problem! This vacation home comes with it's very own private pool and spa. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There are sunbeds dotted around the pool area for those who want to work on their tan, and there is a lanai with an outdoor dining suite for those who want to enjoy a drink or some alfresco dining. There are no rear neighbors!
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. And the fifth bedroom has two single/twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TV. This property also has in-unit laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi Internet access.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate 1-time Amenity Access Fee that you have to pay at the clubhouse in order to gain access to all the resort amenities. The fee costs $35 per reservation if there are 1-12 guests in your party or $45 per reservation if there 13 or more guests in your party.
