Vacation Rental Description

Located in Windsor Hills, this modern-style vacation home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2,297 square feet of living space, and it sleeps up to 10 people. It’s perfect for large families or groups that want to be close Disney World. The living room has is contemporary, and it has a leather L-shaped sofa, patio doors that lead to the pool area, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall—perfect for watching your favorite movies on. The kitchen is galley style, and it has stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with everything you would need to put together your favorite home cooked meals. There are two dining areas: the breakfast nook next to the kitchen and a formal dining area towards the front of the house.

If you’re wanting fun things to do in this vacation, you definitely won’t be disappointed. First of all, there’s a large, sparkling pool and spa that are screened in and back onto trees (no rear neighbors). There are sun beds dotted around the pool for those who want to work on their tan, and there’s also a lanai with sone seating underneath for those who want to relax outside, but out of the sun. Want something to do indoors? No problem! Head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a couple of arcade games, TV, pool table, and an air hockey table.

There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also have a king-sized bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and is Harry Potter themed. The fifth bedroom also has two twin beds and is Star Wars themed. All bedrooms have their own TV.

Please be informed that this community only allows a maximum of 3 cars per reservation and all drivers must be provided so we may register you in for community entry.




NOTE: Per Homeowner Association rules, all drivers must have a valid driver’s license or military ID (with proof of insurance on the vehicle). A maximum of three cars per reservation are allow, and all drivers must be provided.

Windsor Hills has everything you’re looking for in a resort. This modern and friendly gated community is guarded 24-7 for your safety, so you can always feel at ease. There is plenty of entertainment for the young and young at heart with luxurious lagoon swimming pools, water fountains, slides, and even a Jacuzzi. For those who are more interested in keeping active, there are well-lit basketball and tennis courts, sandy volleyball courts, and a chipping and putting green. If you prefer working out indoors, Windsor Hill’s spacious and modern fitness room is perfect. Kids will have even more fun in the adventure playground where they can run about freely and allow their imaginations to run wild. Enjoy some pampering at the huge clubhouse that looks over the well-maintained and heated Olympic-sized swimming pool. The sundry shop is open daily from 8am-10.30pm for all your needs. For your convenience, there is a Windsor Hills shuttle bus that will take you to some of Orlando’s most famous golf courses like the famous Mystic Dunes Golf Course. If you have an RV or boat, it is not a problem as there is also extra parking available for all guests. Shuttle services are available daily from the clubhouse for the Disney Parks, SeaWorld and Universal studios.
